Ványa is an ancient Sanskrit word that translates to "the one born of the forest". This is what Amrit Rajaratnam and Avijja Fonseka experienced when they first ventured into the wilds of Sri Lanka. With years of experience in the wilderness, both at home and across the seas, they would now like to share the joy and serenity brought into the world by the wild with others. Combined with their love of the wilds, they are avid photographers who have made it their passion to explore the worlds wilderness and to capture the essence of its beauty.
